Charlez's career has been marked by a rich blend of administration, operations, compliance, ESG, and project management, making him an all-round professional when it comes to managing complex projects and strategic initiatives. He is presently affiliated with build3 as a Startup Builder and has been instrumental in ensuring that the operational frameworks within the startup studio are aligned to its commitment of nurturing impact-centric startups. He works on enhancing operational management systems, effecting cost-effectiveness, and ensuring the legal compliance of all company processes.

Prior to joining build3, Charlez was a Project Management Associate at 91springboard, where he oversaw budgeting and operational efficiencies for various projects. He is further supported by a very strong educational background, such as a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amal Jyothi College of Engineering and certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute. These have equipped him with the requisite analytic mind and technical depth for the most challenging environments.

As the program manager in ASAP Kerala's Strategic Unit, the candidate brings out the ability to deal with government departments and conduct large-scale projects. He had formulated and implemented Business plans and Quality Assurance Protocols that ensure consistency in the execution of projects according to organizational objectives and stakeholders' expectations. His wholesome approach toward project management ensured that many initiatives were executed successfully with quality control, proving his ability to adapt and lead in different operational landscapes.
